Alps-Adriatic-Alliance: Call for applications from July 1st to September 30th 2026
Međimurje County/Croatia has put its 2026-2027 Presidency in the Alps-Adriatic-Alliance under the motto.
"Strengthening European Regional Cooperation, Competitiveness and Territorial Resilience"
And under this motte, the Alps-Adriatic-Alliance is happy to invite you to the 2026 call for applications!
In the first year of its presidency, Međimurje County first and foremost intends to further strengthen the role of the Alps-Adriatic Alliance as a network of interregional cooperation at the European level.
At best, reaching this goal should be supported on the project level by handing in applications which support
- the shaping of cooperation across Europe´s Alpe-Adriatic area
- advancing regional dialogue through thematic events (conferences, forums, workshops, etc.)
- boosting the network´s visibility and regional outreach
The overall funding amount available for this call will be € 70.000.
Depending on the points achieved in the evaluation and the thematic relevance the successful projects will be funded with € 2.000,- minimum and € 8.000,- maximum while the funding amount must never exceed 40% of the project´s total costs.
The call starts on Wednesday, July 1st and closes on Wednesday, September 30th 2026!
Again, this call will again favor joint projects which strengthen the AAA network, promote the visibility of the Alps-Adriatic area as one of Europe's most diverse geographical spaces, and meet the goals of the Alps-Adriatic Strategy "SAA-2027" (see pp. 59/60 of "SAA - 2027").
